Motorist Killed After Crashing Into Egg Harbor Toll Plaza

A Hammonton man was killed after crashing into the Egg Harbor Toll Plaza along the Atlantic City Expressway in Hamilton Township, August 21st. According to New Jersey State Police, the incident occurred around 8 p.m. when the driver lost control of his westbound Ford SUV and struck a toll booth.  The vehicle became engulfed in flames, causing the driver to sustain fatal injuries.
