Paul D’Amato has a passion for the law and more specifically for bringing justice to those harmed by the acts of others. That is why he is always willing to take on a case of first impression. Such cases always entail a bigger work load and require many hours of investigation and strategizing, as well as a well thought out and concise legal argument. Mr. D’Amato was a part of the first case in New Jersey history in which the New Jersey Courts acknowledged that an action may be brought, not under worker’s compensation, against an employer for intentional actions which cause harm to their employees.
