Biography

Daniel R. White is a partner at the D’Amato Law Firm who focuses his practice on representing injured individuals in workers’ compensation and personal injury claims. With a proven track record in handling complex claims, he guides clients through the legal process advocating on their behalf to secure the benefits and compensation they deserve.

After graduating from Absegami High School in 2006, Dan attended San Diego State University and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance. In 2014, he obtained his Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston. Upon graduation, Dan returned to his South Jersey roots where he began practicing workers’ compensation with his father, Joseph B. White, a founding partner of the Hyberg, White & Mann law firm.

In 2019, Dan became a Partner at Hyberg, White & Mann, and later transitioned to the Managing Partner role, showcasing his ability to effectively handle a large volume of cases while managing the operations of a multi-attorney law firm. Throughout his practice, Dan has been actively involved in his community through his position as a Trustee of the Atlantic County Bar Association and as President of the non-profit organization, Community Mediation Services. Dan’s accomplishments as an Attorney, dedication to the legal profession and service to the community led to receipt of the Honorable Benjamin A. Rimm Award in 2024.

Dan currently lives in Galloway with his wife, Elizabeth J.C. White, Esq., their two daughters, Grace and Elsie, and dogs, Goose and Rooster (rightfully named after Top Gun).
